Posted - Apr 11 2008 : 1:54:11 PMIts funny cuz I have always loved humming birds and even had feeders when living in Missouri where my husband is from. There are not as many there as there is here in Oregon. Matter of fact while posting this one got caught in our sun room. I took a picture: http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f180/hainangel2000/hummingbird-1.jpg We have a read necked one, and a brown looking one..
Posted - Apr 10 2008 : 7:47:58 PMmary .. you can probably find these cheaper than paying postage fees to get them to you. i also suggest you check your local thrift stores. even lowe's and the 'super stores' sell them for less than ten dollars.
ha! i have about TEN .. and they STILL fight! haven't seen any yet this spring .. but tomorrow i'm going to fill them .. (cleaned them when i took them down).
i keep them on the porch where we can watch them up close. they are soooo beautiful!
