Posted - Apr 01 2008 : 08:36:38 AM I only had time to run in one Salvation Army thrift store on Saturday. But I fell in love with this picture of pink hollyhocks. It is very heavy and really looks like a watercolor painting. The border is actually white and has an embossed pattern in it.
![](http://i175.photobucket.com/albums/w130/missbeehaven02/hollyhockpictureandroosterandberryc.jpg) ![](http://i175.photobucket.com/albums/w130/missbeehaven02/hollyhockpiccloseup.jpg) I can't get photobucket to straighten out my little(about two inches) old Japanese rooster. He sure has wild colors. What a long tail! This little berry bowl is a Fire King pattern I've bought a lot of in thrift stores over the years - I started out with some snack trays and matching cups and things just got out of control at some point! LOL! The last thing is this Cherokee Indian prayer. I just like what it says. . I give up on photobucket. I'm just going to post this and hope for the best.
