Posted - Mar 29 2008 : 3:32:16 PM I saw this moose walking by the window this morning while sipping my morning coffee. DH ran out on the deck and snapped a photo. I have mentioned on here before that we have a deer highway going through our property. I had no idea their cousins used it too. It just figures, my friend, Karla, from Portland, just left two days ago, and really wanted to see some moose or elk, and all she saw was a muskrat and two plastic owls.

Posted - Mar 29 2008 : 9:40:47 PM I can't even imagine looking out my window and seeing a moose! That is just the neatest thing. My youngest was thrilled with your picture. One of his favorite books is "Give a Moose a Muffin". Very cool!

Posted - Mar 29 2008 : 5:50:56 PM Somehow...I knew this was going to happen! Just when I leave...they come walking right into your yard! You forget to put the bald eagle on the list of wildlife I saw....oh and the elk, but I guess they were on a farm! =)
