Posted - Mar 29 2008 : 1:07:30 PM Yipeee !!!! our new home is finally being built My hubby and his brogthers and some friends are down at the family home stead( divied between 4 boys) We have our driveway cut out with some of the gravels Hubby had a guy to cut down a lot of old trees that were dying Cut down a huge bank with old dying trees. I haven't been down since hubby did all that We are starting the footers and the foundation next Mom's 77 th birthday is this Sunday. I want hubby to take me down there and to see it I talked with Mother-in-law last night; She was going on and on about how nice it was that we had a good view from our home She had thought I had been down there to see it; I told her no.I haven't It has been hubby's dream since we were married almost 32 years ago to build down there I just don't understand why his dad waited so long We could have it built and half payed for We have this old house payed for;for years Which is in the city Our new home is a country farm ranch with a full basement and 2 car grage I hope to share some pictures on my blog and update my blog with some poems and some things I have made recently and some of the beaded jewerly and knitted afagan. hugs pinkroses
