When I get to Texas, I got a few small fixer up's I got to take care of. I want to spray paint a few picture frames that are looking a little sad and I get to pick out some new window coverings. I also want to work on the vintage 1940's iron board/cabinet I got. I bought some pretty shelf paper for the tv stand and I need a lamp shade.

What are your quick, fix 'er ups you are working on right now to get ready for Spring???

Cheers,
Heather

I am fixing up the mud path that leads to my front door. My daughter and I have been gettiing rocks from the beach and I'm pressing them into the mud, they look great, but who knows what will happen when it rains again...I've got to cover my raised beds with black plastic for a few weeks before the weeds get a head start, I forgot last year and it was a real mess to get everything yanked out in time. And I've got to put some things down cellar that i have stored on my porch all winter, and get the screens up. Spring doesn't get here really until May, the last hard freeze is usually mid June, but I think I'm going to start looking at my seed catalogs this week too. i don't knowif you could call those quick fixes, but they are what keeps me going until it finally warms up around here......Karin
