gurlz .. i thought i'd just copy an e-mail i just got from my daughter Kristen .. it looks like i defintiely need to stick around here in case they need me. (I will miss meeting you all at the farm in idaho early may .. but .. family first.)

Will find out more on Kristen tomorrow .. but her honey-man Jimmy is not doing as well as they had hoped. (He had an aneurism in 1990 .. they operated and gave it about 10 years before he'd need more work done on his heart (and he's only abuot 45 years old!)

Please keep them in your prayers.

from Kristen:

Hey mamasita' It's me. I go for my appt. for boobies tommorrow at 1:15pm, my leg dr. at 3:50, and finally my counselling. at 5:00. Whew! I loved the rocks you sent from the Indian Reservation, I carry them everywhere. Thank you. I received your huge Easter package and WILL NOT open till Easter day. Everyone is excited, most of all me! You are so wonderful (all the time).

Jimmy is not so great, unfortunately his test results came back pretty serious. Now we have to go to a cardiologist to see if his heart will sustain surgery for his legs to be operated on first. He has 3 blockages in his legs where he already has had 1 bypass done. If they can he will have another bypass there and then we will work on his tummy. His aorta, as you know has been done since 1990 ish'. Well there are a few vessels that are thinning, may or may not need repair. Legs first.!! God give me strength, hope, courage, and BLESS HIM!!.

GURLFRENZ .. PLEASE KEEP KRISTEN AND FAMILY IN YOUR PRAYERS.

thanks for all the sweet thoughts. haven't heard back from kristen about her biopsy report yet .. she goes this week. jimmy is an on-going thing to see how the blood thinners ae working. kristen told me he also has two 'loose discs' in his back .. and he owns a CONSTRUCTION company and is alway on a ladder and hammering and such! i fear he will be going through some painful 'getting well' before he is well. but they are happy and positive people which will help get them through it all. hugs, frannie

LORDY GURLZ .. if you knew the troubles that kristen has known in her lifetime! much of it 'self-induced' .. but i do believe she has come out on the other side stronger than she has ever ever ever been. she has that brave spirit and cheerful disposition that i believe will get her through all this whatever the outcome .. and her momma's forever and deep abiding love!

thanks to all of you for your prayers and warm thoughts for them at this time. i'll surely keep you posted. xo, frannie

Frannie,
Will be sending prayers up for Kristen and her hubby. You know even though you will miss the meeting you are right, family comes first. I am sure Kristen is very blessed in knowing she has a momma who will be there for them.

Frannie,
Will be thinking of you and your family. Looks like Kristen has a lot to deal with, she will be needing you. What a sweet e'mail she sent. All that to deal with and somehow the e'mail didn't sound like a complaint. What a girl.

Frannie, I am so sorry to hear the bad news about Kristen's husband. We're all hoping for good news about Kristen. We're all hoping for a good outcome at the end of the line. I can tell she has her mother's bright and happy spirit. I was looking forward to meeting you but as a mom I know children come first. Our little dolls will just have to have a longer gestation period : ) JoAnn
