Posted - Mar 03 2008 : 2:52:44 PM when you see all that extreme home makeover is able to do- and how they go over and beyond for soldiers.. I thought for sure that they would have found a him a permanent home- not an apt.. And why did they stop with one donation? So what that she got $25k from that one company (whom she was friends with).. why did she stop after that?

Posted - Mar 03 2008 : 2:40:57 PM Oh boy, I couldn't agree more. Handing somebody $25,000.00 and an apt. is nice but then what?! I was saddened that he didn't get more. And the widow and her kids and the homeless woman and her kids? BUCKETS of tears!
I honestly don't know if I could do something like that! Some pretty awe inspiring people in there that's for sure!

Posted - Mar 03 2008 : 2:35:47 PM I loved it but felt that the soldier should have gotten better. I was really surprised that they didn't go all out for him. I cried buckets over the widow..
