Hey yall
I brought a cell-phone; T-mobile; you don't know the problems I encountered at home; I knew it would
But, I really need one as my health isn't very good
Question:
T-mobiles to go:
I am pretty sure I got it charged up right;
I need to know this
I actaviated it and put the inbormation all down,
I wanted pay as you go
Well, I get this pre-recored person on the phone telling me that it was activated right; I gave my birth date.
I didn't give anything like my socail securtiy no. or my other personal infortmation
I had also purchased a $25.00 card for the phone
Okay,
I did what it said,
Now, I am wondering did I do it right
Do I make sense or have I totally confused everyone? Ha
There was a big blow up with son about the phone and hubby
Both agreeded that I needed the phone
Son, think he knows everything and you know what that means.
Anyways, Did I goof it all up ?
The voice on the phone said it could take up to 24 hours for it to really go through and I would get a text message back on my phone
This is my first cell-phone.
I am 53, not to smart about these things.
Oh, another question
is there a toll-free phone no you can call to talk to a live person?
or the right place to go on line and get information sent to your e-mail. Thanks hope all this made sense ,

It is hard to get something over with my son.
We have fussed and agrued all day long.
If you all where my next door neighbors; you would be ashamed of us.

Sheila-

My pay-as-you-go phone takes a while to completely activate the minutes and service too. I wouldn't stress out for the said 24 hours. If something doesn't happen by then, maybe your son could look at it for you? But I bet you did great!
