I never thought of looking for the Extension Office on line before! I'll have to look up Idaho's Extension Office, now. Thanks for the idea.

Well Miss Joy, I had no idea that you worked for the extension office. That's just too neat! I've worked a lot with our local extension with some volunteering and stuff. Great girls and guy up here. Ever since I was a youngin in 4H, I've used Extension for a lot of stuff.

Yep - definitely use those resources with your local Extension Office. Sometimes their websites have a lot of good stuff...and they have free newsletters to sign up for. I love our "Gardeners Toolbox" series that they have up here.

Bridget, Looks like you have a Cooperative Extension Office near you in Greensburg PA.
I work for the Univ. of KY Cooperative Extension. Extension offers wonderful programs for Ag and Homemaking and also great 4-H programs. Almost every thing is free of charge or a very small fee.
Farmgirls, be sure to ck out your local Extension Office.
