Posted - Feb 22 2008 : 08:10:32 AM I surely enjoyed looking at those photos, Mary Beth. Your mom reminds me so much of my Gran, Helen. She, too, was like a little bird. How talented your mother is, Mary Beth--you must be so proud and full of admiration. I love her stained glass work, and the cat quilt carries over her love of colors!!!
Farmgirl Sister #80, thanks to a very special farmgirl from the Bluegrass..."She was built like a watch, a study in balance ... with a neck and head so refined, like a drawing by DaVinci"... NY Newsday sportswriter Bill Nack describing filly, Ruffian. http://www.buyhandmade.org/ |

Posted - Feb 22 2008 : 07:45:46 AM Your mother is very cute! I like the photo of her standing next to the statue, looking out. She looks very sweet! A few years ago, I had the fortune of visiting Whidbey Island. I remember the ferry and even the statue...VERY charming and beautiful little island! I like your mom's home...very warm and comfortable looking.
