So, I shared with you my problem. Oh, but was it a biggie (yeah, right). I wanted to see the Oprah show yesterday, but I have no cable or satelite. Now, David Cassidy was on there and I just couldn't stand it.

My solution:

I dug out the old rabbit ears and had my daughter stand with her arms up high to get what we could. The good news is that we could get some audio. No video though. I'm pretty sure this has made me want cable or satelite tv again...

Seems like perfectly reasonable behavior for a chance to see Keith Partridge.

I will sing at the top of my lungs, and I will dance even if I'm the only one...

We have satellite, but we just pay for the locals. We get CBS, NBC, ABC, Fox, WB, and PBS. It only costs $6 a month.

I decided to check out that Oprah last night to see David C. myself and the cable went out..right when it was to start. SO>>>>>> cable is not all it is cracked up to be..haha. I would love to have NO tv but husband would start a war. So....I limit the tv to two rooms and I can escape to a tv-less room when I want to.
I would have liked to see how he (David) turned out though. oh well.

Mima is right, the audio was probably better. I thought he tried a little toooooo hard to be sexy.

HAHA cute pic! Yeah cable/satellite is nice, but I wish I could pay per channel that I WANT.....my bf has rabbit ears and when the wind blows there's lots of "snow" on the tv. We watched a football game the one day and I said wow it's snowing in florida pretty bad. :-p

That is hilarious!!!!We dont have cable either but we are able to get CBS and NBC very fuzzy!!! we are always messing with the rabbit ears!!! Too funny!! Maybe it was better you remember him as the cute teen dream that he was....Nothing like a middle aged, receding hairline man singing his 40 year old hit!!!!
