What are all of you doing these winter days? I am still babysitting precious and precious (grandaughter and grandson) every day and in the process of trying to decide what I want to do for the craft shows this year. I just finished a baby afghan I had an order for and trying NOT to start a new book since that is all I want to do is read once I start one.

It's funny as I was reading through these I was thinking, what is it that I'm doing? And as it happens, I'm also "uncluttering." I try to throw out a few things every week, things I really don't need and never use and are not worth trying to recoup, but I do find it very hard to do. Things I haven't picked up in years I start to worry I'll need tomorrow!

I have been working on preparing photos for a couple of art shows coming up along with working on projects around the house that needed to be done. I've also started to "unclutter" our home office with some stuff that we don't need.

Okay you guys can all hate me,but after a week of well needed rain its a beautiful sunny day about 65! I just got back from taking the dog on a 4 mile walk! Gonna eat lunch, fold laundry and I'll have just enough time to weed my garden before I walk to work at 2:30!!!

I am in the process of finishing my badges (I know, I know) and trying to get the house organized for when I deconstruct it when the weather is warmer! This weekend, though, as Kathy knows, we are heading to Pleasant Hill, Kentucky (Shakertown) to spend a long quiet weekend!

Just trying to get through college and now that DH is less than a year out from getting out the Navy, we are making big plans. We have a lot to do as far as planning goes. I am making handmade Valentines for my DS's daycare class and I am trying to finish a cross stitch I started over a year ago (oops!!!). I am also planning a garden and making a list of what I want to do when we move Texas as far as getting a clotheslines, canning, making my own bread, gardening, decore for the house.

Cheers,
Heather
