Posted - Jan 30 2008 : 08:20:17 AM So I have this hankering for making my own. I'm sick and tired of commercial pop and how bad it is for you. HFCS and all that. BLECH. I'm trying to be healthier. Slowly and surely I really really want to eat all organic. It's so hard on the east coast when weather is bad. Any help on that and making my own pop or drinks?

Check out the soda they carry at health food stores, too. Don't know if there's one that I would say is "good" for you, but maybe more natural ingredients? |
