I went on a small road trip yesterday. I went to Lynden which is North of me. It is up by the Canadian border. A real sweet Dutch town, closed tighter than you know what on Sunday. The Museum was opened and it is quite amazing. Three stories of a whole town. I took some pictures of the rooms of an 1880s house. They are on my strawberry hills blog. Enjoy. MB

lOVE THE PICTURES. See if you lived near by we could go see all these things together. Or I could live near you. To bad I get car sick, by the time we got to some of these places I would be laying down in the back seat with my cold wash cloth.

Jessie, these are rooms in the museum made up to look like a long time ago using old timey furniture and stuff. So the cement blocks are just part of the museum. I noticed that in the picture too and it kinda throws ya off. MB

MaryBeth, what is that bottom picture of? The basement? It kind of looks like cinder blocks.
