So I know I posted several times about things that are bugging me. I appreciate all of those of you that are helping or listening or reading !!!!! Well it's sure a journey. I am doing better. I must say I need some sun!!! I figured out my diet has something to do with it. Even though I'm watching my weight I am craving those warm wholesome carbs like Italian food. So tonight is Lasagna night! I'm thinking must be a vitamin or mineral I lack. I've always been wonky when it comes to nutrition. I also was stressing HARD yesterday and couldn't figure why. I teach music on fridays at a catholic school. The 7/8 and 5/6 are pretty BAD. They get away with whatever and KNOW it. SO I dread teaching. I teach 8:30-3:30 with a lil lunch break. I just am not enjoying it The principle didn't want me to have a Christmas concert so that is when I really changed and almost HATE working there. When you teach music it is basically a constant struggle anymore with parents and administration because most don't take you seriously. I also am stressing because the bf and I have worked out our issues and have not fought 1x this week and been on an even keel. He does get stressed when he isn't making money. He is going away for a week to the city (his home spot) to do some odd jobs that pay very well. This is just bothering me though because eventhough I'm planning what to do this weekend I still feel a lil uneasy and lost.

Can someone bring spring sun and animals out?! I think I'll be fine then. It's close to 0 degrees and I'd rather be outside if I didn't freeze a body part off.

Yes I just need it, especially when I wake up. I"ve been sleeping in and normally I don't but I just can't crawl outta bed. Plus I can't have caffeine or I panic sooo..... But right now I'm having cherry coke and I"m hyper. I love snow reflecting the sun and I tend to sit in a sun beam!!! My bf looked at me cause the day we had sun I was in it and I got some freckles across my face and he said what are those, when he met me I didn't have them out. haha

Oh girls!!! I SOOO understand what you are saying! Any little thing comes up in the winter and it's like someone has turned on the faucets and I'm a blubbering idiot!! Last weekend I was downright lethargic!!!
Here comes the sun.. Please!

I know what you both mean. I love the sun! But I also love the cold and snow! :D I just don't function very well when I haven't seen the sun for a couple of days. I love it when I get a double dose of the sun from it reflection off the snow.

In fact, just a few short hours ago, I was sitting in the back bedroom that has two big windows in it just absorbing the heat and light as Nora nursed. I certainly feel more energetic and cheerful since we have had a few sunny days in a row! Yay!

Ya know, I love snow when it is pretty and drifting down, but as soon as Christmas is over , I want it to go away anymore. I would have never thought I'd be winter blue-ish, but it seems I am. I long for spring and warmth...I guess partly, I'm slogging through knee deep snow drifts to get 1/8 mile to the car and now they are predicting MORE heavy snow again and I am both happy to see the snow and wanting to cry...weird.

Lets all go to the Caribbean for spring break or at least soon. Darn! I want a beach and sunshine!
* I still love snow, just not waist deep.
Maybe tanning beds would help.

Oh absolutely!! That is why I keep looking at moving to Corpus Christi, Texas!!! (And you are welcome to come) I can deal with hurricanes as long as I am warm. The funny thing is I got out of the military and went home to Upstate New York- I lasted 3 months..I literally was freezing to death and I didn't own anything heavy or warm because I had been living in California. I actually moved because of the weather. I can't breathe when the indoor heat is on, no matter how many humidifiers I have on and I can't stand to wear constricting clothing. The heaviest thing I own in a 3-1 jacket/parka and 2 fleece pull overs. My jeans are even "light" in material. HA!!! So sad but true!!

DH is the same way- we both do horrible in the cold and we are both from the Northeast, so go figure!!!
We went to Texas last summer and I literally baked for hours on the beach while everyone else withered...

Cheers,
Heather

Bridget- I hear ya about the sun. It is seriously one of the reasons when I was 18, I left for the military and took orders to California- I am a sun and heat nut!!! It has been hovering around 40 here with rain and overcast and I hate it!!! I cannot function. I will sit on my porch, bundled up, just to get some sun. I open all the curtains and let it flow in. I live for flip flops, shorts and tanks. If I could wear a bathing suit year round, I would be happy!!!!

Cheers,
Heather
