My Sweetheart was in a near head on today and thankfully came out of it only a little sore. Mad as all get out too. The girl turned right into him and shouldn't have run the light like she did. She had a child in the back and was taken away in an ambulance. I am hoping that she and her child are ok and I'm sorry for her even though she made a really bad judgement. I am humbled beyond words that my sweetheart and friend is ok, only sore and really PO'd about it. Sorry, kind of wobbly and had to talk about it.

Whoa girl, I am sure that your emotions will be a bit challenges for a bit, I am so grateful for you and for him that it wasn't worse.
I can understand his being po'd, he is hurting because of someone elses choices. Praying for you all.

Me too...the car is totalled I think, it was the company car thankfully, so we still have transportation, but I'm still numb. All he is is sore....we are so lucky.

Annika - I know just how you feel. Dh was in an accident a few years ago - a bad one, our Cherokee flipped end over end a couple of times on ice. He walked away with only a scratch on his wrist. For awhile I was walking around numb - thanking God and appreciating dh much more.

Thank you all for the comfort posts. He was a bit stiff and sore this morning, but other wise ok. We are both grateful that he was so lucky. I was rather shook up over it so thanks for the farm girl support.

Annika! I was at the repair shop they towed his car to! Oh my gosh! I saw the car. I am so glad he is okay! *hugs* It sure is scarey when our hunnies get in wrecks isn't it? People need to be so much more careful in their driving especially with temps being this low, the de-icer doesn't even work properly.
