I'd like to go on a big road trip across the US and plan my trip to visit all the wonderful friends I've made on this website! I'd have to start close to home, visit Shirley, who is only about a half hour away, then go on up and visit farmgirls up I-5 before I cut over to the east side, where I would have to take about a month, to catch all the MOses Lake, Spokane, and Idaho people,(of course, stop at the farm and spend the night in one of those beautiful wall tents) then onward to the East. I'd have to go all the way to PA and see Bridget, who just bought one of my quilts, swing down the east coast, and through Kentucky and Tennessee, then go through Texas and see Frannie, then loop back up through the midwest and Utah, then back down and catch California, before I came back up I-5 and stopped to see my SW Washington sisters. Doesn't that sound like a fun trip? Maybe it could be like a Pied Piper thing - I could start and pick up people on the way and by the time I got back home, we would have a huge group of farmgirl sisters following behind. If I was rich and it was summer, I'd actually do it!!

Sure, and after you help Miss Wilma, you can head up nawth, to Elsmere, Kentucky where we will make you kindly welcome. I have an extra bed, though you might have to share it with 4 dogs and 3 cats. Hope that's not a problem :)

The more I think about that calendar idea, the more I like it. What about it MaryJane? Something tasteful, with farmgirls in typical farming situations, geared to the month? I bet we'd all buy one!
