Isn't it great to have neighbors? One of my neighbors helped me get my car open this morning as it had frozen shut and he also tried to help push me out of my spot since the snow plow had iced over the streets but no sand/salt/gravel was down yet. Just thought I would share that example of human kindness on a frozen morning! :D

This isn't about help on a cold day, but just before Christmas, my sister and 6 other employees at her grocery store had Christmas cards given to them by a man they had never seen before, who exited the store quickly. When they opened the cards, they each contained a $20 bill! They ran outside to thank him, but he had disappeared. How's that for a random act of kindness!

I love it! Let's tell more stories of people being kind to us! It warms my heart!

I have one Alee. Last week when I was snowing so bad,I gotstuck and had to dig out.Well the lady across the street keeps the road in front of her house meticulous,as far as keeping it clean from ice and snow, she says it is so her partner can get out of the driveway..Well I was out there almost in tears and she comes across the street to help me get my car out,she tells me what gear to put it in and bounces on the back to get me out of the burm. Then proceeds to get me her BRAND new snow shovel, very sharp so that I can scrape my ice off,so my car can get in and out. so I am scraping away and she Says Honey you are doing it wrong you gotta chip the ice away or you will break your arms if you keep doing it like that.So needless to say she was very kind to me in this neighborhood of craziness. Next time it snows I am ging to help her by scraping her drive ; )
