I am so excited, I can hardly stand it. I got my first seed catalog for the season and its my favorite Heirloom seeds... Happy Dance! I will look and re-look until January 2nd and will place in my order.
what are some of the names of your favorite catalogs. I have here Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds, I also love rare seeds magazines too.

My husband laughs because I drool over the beautiful pictures in the seed catalogs like they are diamonds or something!! I sleep with the catalogs right next to my bed so I can spend a few minutes right before bed circling what I want. The colors are spectacular. I especially drool over anything heirloom or multi colored...(dreaming of a toasted tomato sandwich....mmmmmm!!!!)))

Cheers,
Heather

*g* you all sound just like me
Debi, I got the micro-eco farming as an early Christmas, I need to read it and then I'll lend it to you if you like, so you can see if you want to own it =)

I have gotten 9 seed catalogs already. I want everything I see! I end up making a huge list every year and then paring down to what I can afford. Then, the next year, what was cut from the list the year before gets added on again. Debi, I just love morning glories. But our summers are not long enough to get any to bloom before frost. Except for the wild ones, ugh.

I just can't stop looking through the catalogs and plotting and planning for the next growing season. I think it's an addiction and we're all hooked!

LOL...I'm glad I'm not the only one. Seed catalogues in my mailbox in dreary December can be my favorite mail to receive this time of year. Just look at those lush tomatoes on the cover, oh and the flowers!! Yep, happy dance pretty much describes it.
The only problem with seed catalogues in December is that it's pretty much like going grocery shopping when you haven't eaten for two days! :)
