Hi, y'all! I wanted to let you know that we're going to need to stop putting photos/"emoticons"(is that what they're called?)/"things" in our signature lines. A quote or some other written thing is okay, but for the gals who have dial-up connections, photos REALLY slow things up. This is coming from one who used to have dial-up, and thankfully has moved up to DSL (ME!). HOWEVER, this being said, I absolutely LOVE seeing pictures of you all, and getting to "know" you that way. How 'bout we continue that in this thread? http://www.maryjanesfarm.org/snitz/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=4073 .

Go take a look - if you have'nt seen some of our farmgirls here, you'll just love to match some faces with names!!!

XOXO, Libbie

My thanks too Libbie. I suppose I should have asked for satellite internet instead of a new kitchen sink and faucet for Christmas :)
I get so frustrated with the slow dial up connection, but no other choices right now. Get emails, snail mails and telemarketers want to sell DSL all the time and none are available in my rural area.

Oh, YES! Posting photos is GREAT!!! What makes it difficult is if they are in the signature line of each of a farmgirl's posts. Thanks so much for the question - I'm sorry I didn't make that very clear at first.

XOXO, Libbie

what about photos in the barnyard buddies sections? is that allowed anymore..as I recently posted some of the baby chicks we recently acquired and they wound up being large images even though I reduced them in size on my computer before sharing them here, they still showed up large on screen. I just want to know so that I don't do a boo-boo here and cause problems. Thanks.
