Just want to pass this along to all you spinners and knitters out there. I attended last year and it was a blast,

Heidi

MARK YOUR CALENDAR OCTOBER 20th 10am-4pm is
Our 2nd Annual Fall Fiber Festival will be held at the Kittitas County
Fair Grounds this year in the Manastash room. A lovely facility that has
several advantages over our last meeting space. Better parking, a web
sight with directions for the out of towners, larger (Yah!) , they tear
down and set up( Yah x2)...plus a kitchen and men and women's potty facilities!!!

We would like to do pretty much what we did last year:

Door prize table, with a name drawn every few minutes,
Raffle basket
Demonstrations
Swap Table
Brag Table
Take it home it's free table.
Pot luck
We provide soup and drinks
Vendor tables at $10.00ea
Entrance fee per person $4.00

This year promises to be even better. We all bring our spinning wheels, portable looms or whatever your project is and work our little hearts enjoying each others company. They also have a few classes and there are always willing hands to help with any problem area you might have. This is a great opportunity to pick up any supplies you might need. Last year I purchased a couple fleeces for around $5-$7 each.

Grace, we are smack dab in the middle of the state. Also located here is Central Washington University. It's a great place to live and visit.

Hi Heidi,
what a great idea, wish I knew where Ellensburg is....
I am committed to the Pumpkin Patch both this week end and next weekend...but sounds like you are going to have a wonderful time.
