We had a poblem similar to what your talking about. We had turned off and unpluged everything to move it and when we put it all back together for some reason it was not acknowledgeing the video/graphics card. We had put a better one in as well as m ore memory and for some reason it just did not acknowledge it, I think we just turned it off unpluggged it opened it up removed the card and then reinserted it.

Good Luck oh an be sure to discharge an static before yout ouch anything inisde your computer...

Is your computer in safe mode? You can hit F2 during start up and it should give you a screen that let's you know what mode you are starting up in. If memory serves me right, you can manually adjust it to normal mode.

Holly-

It sounds like your graphics card might have gotten jiggled lose during shipping, try opening up your computer, blowing out the dust, and then making sure all the componenents inside are seated into their places on the motherboard. If that doesn't help, make sure your drivers are up to date.

The color is off, you can see the pixels, shading - just not clear and sharp like they were before. Look like negatives with color if that makes sense.

Can you be a bit more specific about what is not right about them?
