I got out my candle warmer today and put one of my big yankee candles in it. First time I have used a candle warmer. Not sure if I will like it or not. I'm used to lit candles. I decorated the heck out of it because I don't like to see electric cords. I put a picture on my site. Anyway, tell me if you think they work pretty good or should I put it back in the attic?

I never had a candle warmer so I don't know how they work. But you decorated everything so great. I just like the looks of that. MB

I use one sometimes..in the kitchen usually...and usually with candles that are down to the last 2 inches or so. I have used one for a smaller candle..the short squat type...too. Usually I just use the jar candles as is..I have a little rusty metal shade that fits on top with star cutouts that helps them look better..yours is decorated cute!! I think they really let the smell out well though!!!
The only thing I really don't like about them...besides that cord of course..is that once you use a candle in it you can't really get the wick up to use it as a candle candle anymore.

Hi Nancy, you did a great job decorating the candle warmer. I have never used a warmer, but, my friend uses one all the time and loves it. I am like you I'm used to lit candles. Let us know how it works out. Aren't Yankee Candles great?

t'is cute ng!! i think i would be tempted to put a 'shorter' candle in it so that the glass also does not show. definitely find a little spot for it! xo
