Welp, we have a new little one and he's a boy. My SIL died this past June. My daughter has let family back in now, she was pulling away from everyone but is comin around now. She still talks about my SIL like he's still here but that's ok. It calms her and whatever it takes.

So his family and mine are pitching in to make sure all the grandkids (there are four) will know that family is here for them no matter what.

Anyway, just had to brag on the newbie!!

Congratulations on your new grandson. I hope that your daughter is able to wrap herself in the sweetness of this new baby and see in him the hope she needs for a brighter future.

Thank you guys soooo much. My other daughter just told me that my new-mommy daughter will wait on the front porch for her hubby, who is never coming back. I broke down in tears and called my daughter. I didn't let on that I knew but my heart just breaks for her. She has sought counseling but said it didn't do much. I hope time is the great healer.

Thanks again. Love you guys.

Winona :-)
