jus' posted some more photos in my 'gathering room' .. a few of the outside and inside of my Pantry DOOR .. the black apron on the outside is AMISH .. the inside ones are all vintage (except one ... my FAVORITE) .. read all about it!

Some sweet 'apron pockets' too!

OH NANCY JO .. YOU WILL HAVE TO DO A 'BOOK CLUB' DISCUSSION WITH ME .. WHICH TITLES DID YOU GET? i've never read anyone who explained 'country' to me like she does! i suggested at a meeting today .. that we do a 'janice holt giles' book club!

i love them all .. but hannah fowler (the first one i read) and THE BELIEVERS (about a family who joined the Shakers .. were two of my mos' favs!

i don't read a lot of 'novels' .. unless they are about early KENTUCKY .. Janice Holt Giles being my FAV! AND .. this weekend .. there is a big celebration in her memory at her Kentucky Log Cabin .. you bet i'm going!!!

oh chilluns' .. all this 'stuff' hides the dust and dirt! (except those floors that the olde english sheepdogs tromp on!) there must be a paint called: DIRT!!! if so .. i need it! and even when we had the BIG house with LOTS more treasures .. the gurlz all couldn't understand how i kept it so clean! AGAIN .. you are usually too busy looking at the STUFF to notice the dust bunnies and 'charlotte's WEBS'!!
