I know we all use "real" tools but we have used these too.

yep that's me and my girls. Though I no longer wear heels (bad back) I managed to find a hammer just for my use and everyone knows it is mom's because it is a painted one not just wooden. It is a bit smaller than a regular hammer.

I have used my pocket knife for more things then I should. My husband tells me it is not a screwdriver. But you use what you got when you need it! Now I have a leatherman, and that is really useful. LOve the tool set !

I used a large book of Lord Byron poems to hammer something once. It's not a reflection on Byron's works, I just needed something really heavy and didn't have a hammer!

Yes, I sure have. Although, I haven't worn anything with a heel in quite a while, my workboots have steel toes so I think they would work, too! LOL And I used a butter knife last weekend to pry up the wig on the doll I bought! We women are so resourceful!
