My niece Emily won 4-H Jr. Champion for Showmanship at the Chochise County Fair today with her rabbit Beatrix!! Saturday she goes again in the round robin!

yeah!

We also have some photos, baked goodies and blackberry syrup (jelly that didn't jell ;)) entered as well - we are headed down tomorrow to see whats what with that!

How exciting! I used to love the fair. Next year both kids are entering something, I don't know what yet, but something.

Yesterday My niece also placed third in small stock showmanship and third in the supreme round robin showmanship! She did very well for her first time ever doing that type of showmanship.

Supreme round robin consisted of:

Rabbits
Swine
Lamb
Market Goats
Pygmy Goats
Dairy Goats
Dairy Heifer
Steer/Heifer
Dogs
Chickens
Ducks
Pigeons
Cavies(guniea pigs).
