Came home from the thrift to find the nicest present in my mail basket from Rhonda, the Anne Morrow Lindbergh book, "Gift From the Sea", the book even has a pretty ribbon on it. A kit to make a little purse, note cards and a very cute little sachet. Thankyou Rhonda.
Got two jars of buttons from the thrift.

...it's called cleaning the sewing room! LOL I sent out a few others, but several are going out of the US and may take longer to arrive. Watch your mail farmgirls!

Hi Nancy,
I got you sweet email, thank you for your kind words. When I found a "spare" copy of "Gift From The Sea", I knew just who it needed to belong to. You seem to love books as much as I do. Doesn't a ribbon around the cover make a book seem even MORE like a present? A friend taught me that extra touch many years ago.  I hope you will post a picture of the little purse when you finish it. It looks so pretty in the picture. Glad you are enjoying everything.
