I just heard on the news about a recall of several toys from mattel. It's mainly sesame street and dora the explorer and diego toys. I have a few of them that I purchased within the recall time frame (my daughter is really into dora) So I sent in my info and they are sending me a brochure of the exact items as well as a postage thing to mail it back to them. Look at www.mattel.com and click on product recall information for the details and what is being recalled.

Yikes! That isn't good! I wonder how all this lead paint is getting used in children's toys in this day and age! I mean I know a lot of it is coming from imported items, but still. You would think that lead paint would be taboo everywhere in the world by now!
