am amazed at how many pages the fun 'word association game' consists of and the 'creativity' and interest of all of us. i don't expect this one to last that long .. but thought it would be fun to do the same only with PERSONAL words .. that mean something to each of us and our own lives. only rule: NO NAMES .. it might be hard to 'associate' something in our own lives with NAMES. o.k. gurlfrenz .. let's give this a whirl .. i'll start with two words that have always meant a lot to me (even named my 'dolly company' this name):

TRUE & FRIENDS

P.S. if you wanna' add a little 'story' as to why you chose your 'associated' word .. that woud be grande too!!

baking + pastries(had a German granny myself. When I was very little, I remember her getting letters from relatives in Germany. She would never read them to me, nor would she speak a word in German or teach me any German. This was a sad leftover fear from WWII, I guess. There was a German man in our neighborhood who had his bakery vandalized.)

godly women + major influences

I am blessed to have had a few of these women speak into my life and pray for me to get me going in the right direction. I wasn't even aware of what some of them were doing on my behalf until much later in my life. So they had an influence on me in many positive ways.

Loving Life + dangerous curves

I'm free to embrace a "loving life" but wisdom has taught me to watch out for those dangerous curves that can suddenly appear!

I don't think I did this right but that's what came to mind after reading about Boo

o.k. ... here's a 'personal challenge' for you to follow ... wanna' hear 'the story of it'!!

DOG & BOO (our dog of about 17 years when we lived in Maryland .. probably the dearest pup we have ever owned .. he looked like a big black and white furry bedroom slipper .. and was SUCH a LOVE .. IF he knew you .. otherwise .. he had the tiny sharp teeth of a parana (o.k. .. i'm sure i spelled that wrong ... isn't there an 'h' in there? too lazy to look it up!)
of all our BIG dogs .. we've never had a better 'guard dog' than BOO

how can YOU relate to a BOO???

companion/friend + dog

Our dog buster is just a pup still but he is already turning out to be a great friend to our family.. as he rubs his snotty squeaky ball all over my arm.. Ok ok I'll throw it again.

you can be oh so smart, or you can be oh so positive. I wasted a lot of time being smart I prefer being positive.
