Posted - Jul 22 2007 : 06:49:00 AM One of the girls that visits my site wanted to see a picture of my spool dolls, so I posted a picture. Also put up a few pictures of some things my Aunt was pretty sure I should take home. I didn't post all the things that would be too many. But she gave me lots of books, and family pictures and letters etc too. NANCY JO

Posted - Jul 23 2007 : 05:36:00 AM thanks so much, nancy jo. i have been trying to dojust that but my computer has been sooooo on the fritz lately. i think i finally figured it out. i am trying hard to get off the pincushions for a while and start some other projects, but i keep coming back to the pincushions and "stuffies" as sunshine calls them. (i love that name!) i hope to start making some clothespin bags soon and other little doodads. thanks again for the encouragement and interest!

Posted - Jul 23 2007 : 05:30:20 AM Nice to hear form you Frannie, and I bet you could make those dolls, you are just so creative and everything you do is so well done. I know because I have an apron and my little horse, Belle, that you made. I wish you would post pictures more often on your blog so we can see what you are up to. NANCY JO

Posted - Jul 22 2007 : 9:14:28 PM nancy, glad to see your pretties on your blog. loved the spool dolls. i have a lot of wooden spools that i have been eyeballing for a project, but i thought i would make shelves and small furniture with them. the dolls are adorable, but might be too ambitious to make. anyway i loved looking at your blog again.
