I took a bunch of pics of sunflowers that were at the edge of a parking lot at a truck stop in KS. This one is kind of blurry but the others were better as I'm learning to use my Easyshare better.

This is of the fires in Utah. The fire was much brighter but no matter what I did, I couldn't get a good pic.

I just thought these Palm trees looked cool/neat. They are in central CA.

That fire spooks me too. My mom lives close to the area that the fire is raging. She has emphysema (sic) and I worry about the smoke. It is a shame that this beautiful area is burning. Glad you made it through it. I heard some people didn't.
