tomorrow, honey hunk and i are going on a week's ride down the mighty Mississippi on a Paddle Boat Cruise. (from Memphis to New Orleans) .. we start out in Memphis .. and will meet up with my very best childhood gurlfren and her husband .. we, of course, will visit Elvis' GRACELAND .. when in Memphis!!! Then on the Delta Queen .. and we stop everyday at historic ports of call and tour. Probably gonna' gain a thousand pounds with all the good food!!! We end up in New Orleans (won't have time to tour it though cuz' our plane back to Memphis leaves not long after the boat docks) .. We'll do New Orleans again as a separate trip. (We're driving to Memphis so our car will be there).
Soon's I get back .. i'm going to hit the GOURD FESTIVAL in Kentucky .. then keep going north to Toledo, OHIO for a week .. (grandson, Lucas --five years old-- is on the Kindergarten Baseball Team) .. and i want to see a couple of his games before school is out!)
hope to be checkin' back in from time to time .. but if i don't find the time .. i'll holler at ya'll towards the end of may.
