I was just wondering what things other farmgirls out there are collecting? I like vintage postcards...I like to read what people have written and the cards are so pretty. I can usually find them very reasonable...never more then 1.50 maybe 5.00 at the very most. I have even found some at garage sales, but at auctions I have gone to they have been tucked away in boxes...then it's a friendly surprise when you find them. I have a neat "Thanksgiving" postcard with a farm scene, bringing in the harvest...I also have a weak spot for hankerchiefs, they are usually to pretty to pass up...just wondering what neat things strike your fancy? Thanks for sharing. Jamie

Posted - Apr 29 2007 : 04:25:36 AM I should have said besides dust...what do you collect, hee-hee. The marble collection is something I've never heard of before, that's neat. I love the different salt and pepper shakers you can find...any specific theme Sheryl-lyn? Do you like the old feedsacks or flour sacks I guess they are called? Thanks for responding too. Jamie

Posted - Apr 28 2007 : 6:10:26 PM I collect fabric and vintage linens. I love the idea of things that have been well used before I got them.
I guess I collect books too (any kind at all, but I read a lot and I love cookbooks too).
My salt and pepper shaker collection is growing too.
