I use this recipe and my teeth are no longer sensitive. I keep it in a small tupperware container in the shower (that is where I brush). http://wellnessmama.com/2500/homemade-remineralizing-toothpaste-recipe/

What are ideas for storing it once it's made?

I had been using Tom's without Flouride, but they don't have it at my Walmart anymore and I am almost out of my last tube. There aren't many choices commercially, almost all toothpastes contain Flouride.
I plan on making the baking soda/peroxide toothpaste and want to add a drop of peppermint essential oil to it. Sometimes we have to be resourceful in order to live a somewhat organic and healthful lifestyle in our polluted society. Glad I'm not alone in this.
Thanks

YAY for my KY girls!

I saw that you could use Dr. Bronner's as toothpaste as well. Also, Lush has these things called "Toothy Tabs"...they're solid toothpaste-I've tried them and they work okay in a pinch. I wouldn't use them every day, though.
