I have been using ACV on my face, throat and chest to do a chemical peel once a week. HOLY MAN I LOVE IT! If you use it in the shower you can easily dilute it with water so it isn't as intense when you first start out. I am using it full strength now.

At first I was breaking out, but ACV works on the pH balance of your skin, balancing it out, so the impurities that were in my skin came out and now I am not breaking out at all. (In all fairness my breaking out was a pimple or two now and again)

My skin is feeling softer and the starting soft lines are not as prominent (friggen lines, I amnot even 30 yet! GRRR). Mkae sure when you are out of the shower that you use a nice moisturizing cream, maybe one with aloe in it. It really helps, especially after you go full strength with the ACV.

Just thought you might like to try it!

Cool! More cheap tricks!!!! I'm soo excitied about the peroxide with water in the spray bottle trick that someone posted awhile back!!! I've been spraying it on my wet hair about every other day or so and I LOVE the color of my hair!!!! I've spent hundreds on weaves that didn't look as good! So thanks for all the tips!! Keep 'em coming!!!!

Raise your hand if you thought you would be past the break out stage, after you reached your twenties!!!!! I still get them once in a while!!

After reading about the benefits apple cider vinegar gives you here on MJF I started drinking 2 teaspoons a day in a tall glass of water. It just occurred to me this morning that I haven't had any breakouts for awhile. After reading this, I just realized that drinking the ACV every day must be why. I have stayed clear since I started doing it. Thank goodness too, it's embarrassing having a big zit on my face at 47!
