Posted - Jul 16 2007 : 12:00:30 PM This morning at around 9am, my Amish neighbor called to tell me Annie had had a little girl, Naomi, at 1:45a. She weighs 9 1/2 pounds and is 21 inches long! She joins five sisters and three brothers. Davy said she went into labor at 1:15a and that she had her about 30 minutes later. When I went up to see the baby Annie was in bed and Naomi was being rocked by one of her sisters. She has the fattest cheeks I've ever seen and is she pretty! Just wanted to share my happy morning news with you all. Susan |

Posted - Jul 17 2007 : 09:04:19 AM No, I'm not Amish, but we all do get along very well together. Yes, this does make nine children! They are all so happy with her. The little boy, who is two, didn't know what to think of her when he first saw her in the morning. He climbed right up in my lap and was telling me her name. I'm so glad I just live across the field from them so that we can share in each others joys and sorrows. I am truly blessed. Susan |
