Posted - Aug 14 2011 : 3:20:51 PM My daughter's dressers have lost many of their knobs. I took twine and made a loop, knotting it on the inside. This made quick, affordable, and fun drawer pulls. They like it so much, they want me to take out the rest of the knobs and put in twine! They are truly farmgirls!

Posted - Aug 15 2011 : 09:40:51 AM I had a dresser like that when I was growin up! My mom got a set of those large wooden beads that are unpainted and painted them to match my room. It was neat lookin on the white dresser!

Posted - Aug 14 2011 : 8:24:18 PM Oh wow! I actually just bought a roll of thick rope type twine so I could do this to one of my old dressers. Just love the look!
