does anyone know if we could use the oils that we use for soap making to make bug spray for are animal and does anyone have a receipt for one (bug spray) that is)

What type of animals Debra?

In the Summer I steep Rosemary Leaves and then strain and place in a spray bottle and keep it in my fridge. I spray my pups before they go outdoors(avoiding their eyes, nose and mouth) and it cools them off and repels bugs.
