I'm am still a couple months away from any gardening. But I love to see all yours!! Anyhoo, surfing around today I found this information about growing, cooking with and other uses for herbs. Being a novice in the subject, I find it quite informative and thought it may help someone else too!

Bonnie,
Looks like we can find all kinds of goodies from this site.
Thank you.
I did not post any pictures but I planted my onions today. I also planted lots of herbs and two little strawberry plants.
I can already taste that basil dressing! Yum Yum

Thanks for the link Bonnie. It looks like my kind of website! I'll definitely add it to my bookmarks. I'm itching to start my herb garden too. I can't wait to have homegrown basil, parsley, mint, sage, rosemary & thyme. They cost a pretty penny at the grocery store these days.

Thanks, Bonnie. That website looks like it will be very useful. It has lots of recipes for each herb listed.
