Posted - Jul 01 2014 : 2:05:46 PM My first Harvest from my little Garden! I so wish I could slice them up and give them to my Paw with the Salt Shaker. I'm missing him a lot today! I always miss him more in the Summer because we spent so much time together outside. Sometimes he would be just be sitting on the back porch ,reading the paper and I would be playing in the dirt, we weren't talking , but I knew he was there and that he loved me! ![](http://www.maryjanesfarm.org/Snitz/Images/2014/07/DSCF1442.JPG) ![](http://www.maryjanesfarm.org/Snitz/Images/2014/07/DSCF1405.JPG)

Posted - Jul 02 2014 : 07:35:13 AM My garden is growing very well. I have more romaine than I can eat and have been urging the others in the building to pick it and eat it. The cherry tomatoes are blooming as are the peppers. The peas are still finding their way to the trellis. I have several little zucchinis. This will be a good year. The temperature is cold -- not even 60 -- more rain is expected.

Posted - Jul 01 2014 : 6:23:52 PM Wow good harvest. Out here our Tomatoes are just setting buds and the sunflowers are only about 3ft high. But they will grow and the tomatoes will be yummy. MB
