The squirrels get into my garden and eat all the tomatoes and Swiss chard! I am so mad!!! I have tried everything I can. No electric fence because the garden is next to the pump house. Lenora

Posted - Jul 29 2014 : 07:16:46 AM Lenora, I used netting a few years ago, and found a small snake twisted up and trapped in it. I don't use it anymore. Between squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits and deer, my garden seems to be a buffet for the local critters. The closest I've come to a solution is growing in containers - it's not very fun, but you gotta do what you've gotta do! Good luck! ---lisa |
