Posted - Nov 02 2006 : 03:57:00 AM Hi ya'll! I have a problems with ants. I don't think they are the type that bite but they have taken up residence in the whiskey barrel planter that I used to grow chilli peppers this summer. I wondered why the peppers did not have a good yeild. When I went to pull the old ones out, millions of black/reddish ants. I tried pouring boiling water on it it and they are still there . I would like to put a few edible plants in for the winter so a chemical solution is out. Any thoughts ? |

I'd rather the ants in this kind of situation than in the house!! |
