Posted - Aug 22 2013 : 12:43:55 PM Connie Really looking for the Jerusalem Artichokes, a lot of people refer to them as wild sun flowers. The roots are edible somewhat like potatoes. Great for warm areas so I want to try them here in Texas.

Posted - Aug 22 2013 : 10:32:24 AM I have Mexican Sunflowers. I bought a piece of it, put it in the ground and it grew. In March my neighbor took a piece and planted it, it's about 6' high now. You should check them out.
