Picked 5 quart containers of strawberries out of my patch this morning. The plants are going crazy happy! I've already harvested enough for one batch of jam. And there are even more ripening soon. While I'm not opposed to making a second batch of jam, that still wouldn't use it all. What other ways do you use extra strawberries?

When we run out of ways to use up strawberries, we just slice them up and freeze them for later.

We don't grow them, but if we do get some from friends they make jam or strawberry rhubarb pie. :) Glad to hear that your plants are happy! We are waiting on raspberries here...
