I've been trying to mist all of my seedling twice a day, but both the coir pots and the puff up pellet pots dry out so fast. I've got them tented to keep in moisture and that's helping somewhat. However, I've got some seedlings, mostly herbs that are SO tiny that even the mist is knocking them down and killing them. Some of the other seedlings just aren't getting enough either. So determined not to let all of my little babies die, I latched upon an idea. I took a big syringe that I've used to give cats medicine with, washed it out really well and watered all of the ones that were tiny or too dry. They are looking better and even though it was time consuming, it'll be worth the time spent now if I get a lush garden out of it this summer.

Great idea, Annika! I love it...

Having a hard time with some of my seedling babies this year, too.
