My dear friend, Farmer Robin, sent this link to me today. It went so nicely with the two recipes I have up on my blog for dandelion jelly and gluten free dandelion bread. I knew my farmgirls would LOVE to hear it:

I tried making this today -- it was SO easy!! Wonderful recipe -- and it smells great too :) Here's my blog post about it! http://troutwife.blogspot.com/2013/05/dandelions.html I'd definitely suggest you give it a try! Thanks so much Ann for posting the info!

Thanks Ann...I hopped on over there and checked it out. Then Bookmarked the site.

I remember reading a book a long time ago I think Called Seattle Brides...and one of the
gals brought dandelion seeds from Seattle to Oregon to plant when she got to her new home.
I remember laughing at the time because I considered them weeds, along with Queen Anne's Lace.

I don't anymore...but it is great to learn a few other recipes beside Dandelion Wine...which
a friend use to make for me...but I haven't had any in 30 years. LOL

Thanks for posting this.

Hugs,
Peggy
