It seems like I might get fruit this year after all...my daughter came up to visit with her man and my adorable grandson today, and they went for a walk thru my orchard, and guess what, I have so many peaches on the trees, I will have to really thin alot (my favorite fruit) in order to get good sized peaches, and my plums, apricots and nectarines are looking real good also, can't wait till july, when the peaches should be ready to eat off the trees and have more than enough to can...

I love peaches. Ours are usually ripe here around the end of June. Alabama is a big peach producer. Probably bigger than Ga. now. There are a lot of pick your own farms.

Did you get a freeze last year? Or were they just too young?

Nice! That's happy news! I love to go pick peaches at a local orchard, how great to have your own trees!

I'd love a good sweet peach right now! And- I can't wait until July, either. That will mean it'll be only two months before NFL Football starts up again!!!!!!! Just thought I'd let you know that. Hugs to my Friend.

Oh that is so exciting for you and I sure hope you will be able to can some. I just planted those type of trees so I have a bit of a wait. But do have apples this year so that will be good enough.

Blessings
