Hi everyone!!
I've seen those lil gadgets you can buy in seed catalogs that you can use newspaper to make a lil planting pot. I don't want to buy one, does anyone have any ideas on what to use to make them or how to make them? Thanks! ![](icons/icon_smile.gif)

Posted - Oct 20 2006 : 04:17:59 AM I started all of my seeds in these homemade pots 2 years ago. Be carefull, I used a local paper and the Wallstreet Journal and one of them grew an interesting mold on it. I'm sure it was from whatever was in the newspaper because the other paper, even if the pot was next to the other, was uneffected. I wish I could remember which paper grew what, but I cannot.
