Finally!

Stopped at our local nursery (Mr. McGregor's Garden) and bought one three year old Frontenac grape vine. I have been after DH for years to plant a natural green divider between us and the neighbors and today we finally got started. I LOVE making jams and jellies so naturally we thought of growing our own grapes. I know how fast grape vines can take over just about anything that stands still, but I plan on training the vines to create that natural screen.

Doing some research now on building a Geneva Double Curtain.

Does anyone out there grow their own grapes?

I don't grow my own, but my mom does. I went over last year and picked a bunch to bring home and make jelly with.
